Halloween Scottie's Story Time & Trick or Treat

Children ages 2-5, with a caregiver, are welcome to join us for a fun-filled story time! Come show your child the joy of reading by sharing in a few stories, rhymes and songs. Make plans to stay and play after story time with toys provided by the library. 

Registration is NOT required. 

Join us for a special Halloween Storytime, where children are invited to come dressed in their favorite costumes! We’ll enjoy some fun (not-so-spooky) Halloween stories, followed by a trick-or-treat adventure around the library.

Craft & Create for Adults

Relax in the company of your fellow fiber artists and crafty creatives! Drop in as you like between 1 pm and 3 pm for this self-directed activity for adults only. Bring your own work in progress or explore our trove of patterns, ideas and DIY kits. Staff demonstrations, short lessons with volunteers and new kits as announced. Kits are firstcome, first served while supplies last. No registration is required, but please sign in when you arrive.

Beading Basics: using tiger tail and crimp beads. Staff demonstration at 1pm shows you how to use "tiger tail" (coated beading wire) and crimp beads to make a beaded bracelet.
