We're going to paint rocks to decorate our community garden!  The garden is located on the side of the library building right outside the children's section window.  We would love to have some pretty rocks to decorate the space!

Do you enjoy having fun with friends in the library?  Do you like getting messy, being creative and trying something new?  Then Kids Club is the perfect place for you! 

Come join us every other Tuesday night for games, crafts, challenges and much more.  A light snack will be provided.

This program is intended for kids in kindergarten through fifth grade and will meet in the small meeting room or library, depending on the activity of the week. 

This week's activity: Making Blankets for Project Linus.

Registration is required by Sunday, May 12th.

Cook Club for Adults

Cook Club is for any adult interested in home cooking and recipes. Each month there will be a new recipe in the library for you to take, make and try. You can find the recipes near the cookbook section, near the new non-fiction and online. On the third Thursday of each month, adults are welcome to the small meeting room to taste the recipe of the month and talk about recipe variations, interesting ingredients, cooking techniques and more. 

This season's theme is "national months"

Take a break from all of those merry berries and come celebrate National Egg Month with the May recipe, Deviled Eggs.
