All teens are welcome to join our Summer Reading Book Club.  The book we will be reading is One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus.  We will meet every other Tuesday during the eight weeks of our summer reading program.

Attention all groovy tweens and teens ages nine and older!  Tie dye a drawstring bag to keep for your very own.  We will provide the bags and the dye!  Registration opens one month in advance.

This month we are sharing various authors, titles, and having an informal discussion about all things books!

Adults and teens are welcome to participate in this discussion. Please register by 6/24 if you plan to attend!

In June, the book we will be discussing is Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney.

Come decorate some cookies!

There will be instructions for a flower decoration and a firework decoration, or have fun with your own idea!

Early Bird Pricing(June 5- 20):$20 per person

If you've never tried your hand at poetry, don't be intimidated by black out poetry! This technique involves taking old books, newspapers, emails, magazines, etc. and "blacking out" the words you don't want to use.

All tweens and teens ages nine and older are welcome to add color to the night world with a beautiful mason jar lantern. Warm summer nights need a warm summer glow, and a lantern adds just the right touch!

In July, the book we will be discussing is Heat Wave by Richard Castle.

The Center for Creative Reuse is joining in the colorful fun this summer by presenting us with a rainbow craft idea using donated materials from their center. This program is open to all tweens and teens ages nine and older.

Knitters, crocheters, all yarn and fiber fans! Please join us Saturday August 2, 2025 for a presentation  by Mary Burns of "The Crafty Alpaca." She will introduce us to alpaca farming and how alpaca wool yarn is produced.
