Program Description

Event Details

With a focus on relaxation, this staff-directed group begins with a few minutes of light movement and stretching suitable to any fitness level followed by 20 minutes of seated meditation. At times there may be informal group discussion about meditation or related subjects. The group does not represent any particular philosophy, religion or martial arts lineage.

This group does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness and can not replace professional medical or mental health care. 

Please join us on the second and fourth Monday of each month in the Main Meeting room next to the library for a time of peace, quiet and relaxation. 

Registration is not required, seating is first come first served as space allows.
