Meditation is known to decrease stress while it supports mental clarity and overall wellness.
Led by a retired tai chi instructor, this group uses a combination of tai chi inspired movement and seated meditation to help us all close the day in an relaxed, mindful way.
The movement portion is appropriate for any age or fitness level. Comfortable, elastic waist clothing is encouraged. Not affiliated with any martial arts school, meditation organization or religion this group can not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness and can not replace medical or mental health care.
