Journaling for Adults

Come journal! We will have prompts, art materials, and ideas for how to get started or get unstuck.

If you have a journal and would like to use it, please bring it. Paper will be provided, though, if you'd like to come and try out journaling! All other materials will also be provided.

Registration is not required.
