Program Description

Event Details

Discover the drama and danger that early paleontologists experienced while on expeditions for extreme extinct creatures.

These feuding fossil hunters were in a race to find the most unusual and unique animals to ever roam the earth.

We will reveal the mysteries and mistakes these paleo pioneers made while stalking the Stegosaurus.

Where, oh, where, was Apatosaurus' head?

Ms. Joan Batson will teach this exciting science program exploring the fantastic world of dinosaurs. We will perform hands-on activities, such as sorting out a mixed-up dinosaur and wrapping a "fossil" just like paleontologists do on a fossil dig.
